Privacy Policy
Nothing on this blog should be considered legal advice. Unless we have a signed, written, agreement that I am representing you as your attorney, I am NOT representing you as your attorney.
This blog does not collect your personally identifiable information as a matter of course. You may read it without providing any.
If you choose to register as a user, and to include any personally identifiable information, I will have that. It will be stored by my blog hosting provider, BlueHost.com.
When you leave a comment, if you include your email address or the URL to your blog, I will have that information as well. It will also be stored by BlueHost.com.
BlueHost.com also tracks web traffic to this blog, using two commonly available traffic analysis tools. That information is not personally identifiable, but tells me how many people view this site over a period of time. It also tells me what search engine terms they used to get here, and if they come in from a link, what the URL of that link is.
All of that information is stored indefinately. I don’t anticipate using it for a commercial purpose, except possibly to promote my expertise as a privacy lawyer.
I will not sell or exchange your information, nor will I provide it to third parties unless I am required to do so by law.
